Yes You Can Coaching provides online life coaching services, courses, and programs designed for personal growth and transformation. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable.

If you choose to enroll in a coaching program and do not pay in full at the time of purchase, a three-part payment plan is available: - 1/3 due at time of enrollment - 1/3 due 30 days later - Final 1/3 due 60 days from the initial payment Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching services.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and require timely attendance. We require a 24-hour notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website, programs, and sessions — including videos, worksheets, guides, and branding — are the intellectual property of Yes You Can Coaching and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We honor confidentiality in all coaching relationships. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to you or others.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services respectfully and lawfully. You may not: - Harass, abuse, or harm other users or coaches - Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes - Share login credentials or materials with non-paying individuals

8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees about specific results. By using our services, you agree that Yes You Can Coaching and Lunar Consulting LLC are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our content, coaching, or website.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services at our discretion, especially in cases of nonpayment or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
